Contemporary beers, deliciously hopped – founded in 2012, Doppelleu Brauwerkstatt based in Winterthur is dedicated to brewing Belgian and Anglo-Saxon style beers, reflecting a growing worldwide trend towards craft beers. Doppelleu Brauwerkstatt currently brews a range of 15 top-fermented beers across its two Chopfab and Doppelleu product lines. In 2017, Bière du Boxer SA in Yverdon-les-Bains merged with the company to further expand the product range with 6 bottom-fermented beer styles. Both breweries naturally use only hops, malt and water as their proven base ingredients – the difference being their hops are selected with discrimination to provide exquisite moments of enjoyment in their beers’ aroma, taste on the palate and finish.
