Photogallery 1 | 25 years of the Swiss Economic Forum: Sandra Blaser

Sandra Blaser had her first small assignment at the Swiss Economic Forum back in 2007. In 2012, she joined the team of official SEF photographers and has since been largely responsible for networking photos.

«I love people and look forward to seeing so many familiar faces at the SEF every year. After all these years, the conference feels almost like a school reunion to me. One of the highlights for me is the networking evening. There is a short window during the blue hour for some really beautiful, atmospheric photos.»

Her work at the SEF inspired her to dream of taking photographs at the World Economic Forum as well. She achieved this ambitious goal in 2018, and has been a member of the official WEF photographer crew ever since.

The passionate photographer has worked independently in portrait, events and corporate photography since 2013. Recently, she has also started renting out handy photo boxes for events in Switzerland. To relax at the end of her often hectic day, she loves taking to the road in her pink VW bus, discovering abandoned places and documenting the «beauty of decay».
