Sandra Banholzer has held the position of CEO of Swiss cosmetics company RAUSCH AG KREUZLINGEN since July 2021. She has many years of experience in international management and in retail. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, she started her career as Sales Manager Latin America for Luzi AG. In 2007, she became Key Account Manager for the Migros company Chocolat Frey AG, in the International Sales division. In her role as Trade Manager for Migros Industry, she lived in North America for two years, where she was responsible for setting up export platforms in the USA and Canada. This was followed by various positions in International Sales at the Migros Group (Chocolat Frey AG, Mibelle Group, Midor AG). Before moving to RAUSCH, she headed the international business division of Migros Industry.
