Stefan Scheiber is CEO of the Bühler Group and a member of the board of directors. The business economist studied at St Gallen and later continued his studies at the Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne and at Harvard Business School. His career at Bühler began more than 30 years ago. He has worked all over the world in diverse management positions at the Bühler Group, including 7 years in various functions in Africa. In 1999, he took on overall responsibility for Bühler in Germany. From mid-2005, he headed the Sales & Services division as a member of the Executive Board. In 2014, he integrated the Food Processing and the Grain Processing divisions, creating the Grains & Food business, which he led as until 2016, when he was appointed CEO of the Bühler Group. He is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Kistler Group and a member of the Executive Committee of Swissmem.
